This tool has 2 functions: spacing flanges and regulating keyframe glides. It was designed for servicing Kawai grand piano actions, but is equally suitable for work on any piano with a similar type of hammer flange, and for any action with balance rail glides having a tuning pin style tip such as Kawai, Steinway and Yamaha.
