Crafted from our renowned quarter-sawn maple, the same premium wood used in our famous 5-ply pinblocks, this cutting board is a new Bolduc product designed to maximize the value of our raw material while creating a unique addition to any home and kitchen.
Our butcher block-style cutting boards feature a 100% end grain construction, prized for its exceptional durability and its ability to help preserve the sharpness of your knives. Each board is laminated using an adhesive specifically formulated for butcher blocks, ensuring outstanding strength and food-safe performance.
With a 1¼-inch thickness, these boards are available in two convenient sizes (custom size on request):
- 9 × 12 inches
- 12 × 16 inches
Every board is generously treated with premium food-grade mineral oil, providing excellent protection and ensuring it is 100% safe for food contact from the very first use.
To help maintain the beauty and longevity of your cutting board, we also offer our premium food-grade mineral oil in a convenient 100 ml bottle, perfect for regular maintenance and conditioning.
