COMPACT DESIGN REACHES VERY CLOSE TO RIM & BRIDGES
A uniquely designed fixture that allows you to cut perfect slots for shims or small planks using an air grinder and a specially made carbide bit. This allows you to turn wandering or branched cracks into perfectly machined grooves that will accept one of our three sizes of Bolduc shims #3320, depending on the depth of cut. It can also be used to remove planks that have multiple cracks close together where shims won't work and wider planks would be fitted.
Router Fixture Features:
* Made of polyethylene with a sturdy steel metal bracket and clamp to attach and secure the air tool.
* Base includes both cross-wise and lengthwise fence slots for parallel or cross-wise cuts.
* Multiple fence slots allow for parallel grooves without moving the fence for removing wider sections.
* Air tool mounting bracket adjusts fore and aft allowing the groove to be widened to clean up wandering or multiple cracks without moving the fence.
* Compact design reaches very close to the rim and bridges.
