Mostly used for antique grand pianos and American old upright pianos, the Bolduc 7-ply pinblock is the same quality as the 5-ply grand pinblock. The difference is in the thickness, and the number of plies. We recommend the use of the 0.257¨ (6.53mm) drill bit for a 2/0 (7.15mm) tuning pin.
